The creation of new Postal circle named “Telangana Postal circle” will be the 23rd Postal circle in the country. The jurisdiction and Operational arrangements are explained in this O.M. In addition to existing divisions Large division “Khamam division” is added to Telangana circle. GPO creation for A.P circle is not mentioned in this order. A.P and Telangana circles Staff distribution on willingness basis. Both circles functioning from Hyderabad till A.P circle moves .
