Very important instructions from Directorate to make all teller balances zero in DOP Finacle




  • The details of teller accounts having outstanding balances is shared to all circles. Even after four reminders, the list remain at 3815 records without any improvement. If this list is filtered taking out the details of 6th July which would be the current date, rest all have to be closed immediately.
  • Since, the blocking validation to ensure Teller Account as “ZERO” at the end of the day is proposed to be operationalised from 15th July 2017 (Afternoon 1300 hours), it would be very difficult, if this list is attended to immediately. As I explained earlier, offices having non-zero teller accounts could not complete EOD.
  • In this regard, kindly advise all the SOL's to make the Teller Cash Balance as "ZERO" before executing HISCOD today.  It is also requested to alert the concerned Divisional / Regional CBS Team to check the Teller Cash Balance for today also.  
  • If any SOL's not making ZERO Balance before executing HISCOD should be advised about the Validation going to be fixed from July 15th onwards and it impact.
  • We also request all the CPC's to get a compliance report about Teller Cash Balance as "Zero" from each division / region on your circle.  From today onwards, this procedure can be followed before setting up of validation from 15th July to create awareness and its impact to SOL's.
  • Hence it is requested for all the finacle users to make the teller cash as zero by using the HTM menu in DOP Finacle.

Important instructions to all finacle users :- 


  1. All the finacle users should login and check their balances by using the menu HTCPIAE even though if they are in another branches or transferred to other offices.
  2. If any teller balance is not made zero then after 15th of this month EOD of that respective office will not be happened as Directorate ordered to keep teller cash balance as blocking validation hence this may be treated as important instruction for all the finacle users.
  3. If any users unable to view their teller cash they may contact their respective for guidance and make the teller cash to zero for smooth functioning of EOD.
