SSA operations not allowed through RICT device in DOP Finacle

  • Actually in BO RICT machines we should not accept the SSA transactions hence for the same patch has been deployed for restricting SSA Account Opening / Subsequent deposits through RICT device.
  • Hence it is requested for all the BPM's not to accept the SSA transactions through RICT device this is for your kind information.
  • If any SSA transactions exists they can follow old procedure i.e., transactions will be entered in  DOP Finacle by the accounting office(either SO/HO to which BO attached) using the same BO settlement account(SOLID+0339).
  • All other transactions such as RD,SB and TD can be continued in BO RICT machine.
