- When we are trying to deposit the amount for SSA accounts after 01.04.2017 many SOL's are facing the default problem for all the accounts.
- Even though SSA accounts are regular and paid for all FY's(Financial years) still system is collecting the penalty of Rs 50/- from the customers.
- This is due to failure of batch jobs for PPF/SSA accounts for around 729 offices during execution of EOY batch jobs.
Reason for the Problem :-
- CPDTM and CPWTM menus were enabled for SSA accounts on 27th June 2016.This behavior is observed for the Accounts, where Deposit is done (only)between 01-APR-2016 and 27-JUN-2016. This is due to the fact that fy_year_start and fy_year_end for these accounts were not changed to 2016 and 2017 due to the transactions happened in this period through CTM/HTM.
Solution for the above Problem :-
- The solution i.e., permanent fix for the above mentioned problem is excepted on 05/04/2017 ( i.e, Solution patch will be deployed in production)
- Until permanent solution HD team provided the work around for the above mentioned problem which is mentioned below for all the users.
- Please re-credit the 50 rupees from Fee account (SOLID+SSA04 ex:- 50000300SSA04 in case of secunderabad HO) to concerned SSA account through CPDTM menu.
- Use CPDTM debit Rs 50 from (SOLID+SSA04) and credit to repective customer SSA account finally submit and verify the tranaction
- Please note that default fee of Rs.50/- alone need to be re-credited from above account only for affected accounts with above said reason.
