Procedure to inquire standing instruction number for RD account in DOP Finacle

• Generally in DOP we will give standing instruction from SB to RD using the menu HSSIM
• HSSIM stands for Standing Instruction Maintenance and  for the step by step procedure users can CLICK HERE
• Sometimes we will create the SI from SB to RD account and due to any reason user forgotten to note down the SI instruction number. Then how to find the SI instruction number ?
• The answer to the above question is explained in the below steps with detailed description for ease of users.

Procedure to inquire standing instruction number for RD account in DOP Finacle :- 

• The menu option used to inquire SI in DOP Finacle is HSSII
• HSSII stands Standing Instruction Inquiry 
• Invoke the menu HSSII then the system will show the below screen as shown in the screen shot mentioned here with 

• As we dont the SI instruction number then in the next step click on the searcher beside the Standing instruction Srl.No as shown in the below figure

• Then the system will open a new screen as shown in the below figure

• in the next step enter the field A/c id. as RD account number and click on submit then the system will show SI serial number as shown in the below figures.

• From the above screen it is clear that system is showing the two SI instruction numbers in our example.
• This is the method to find out the misplaced SI instruction number when we do SI from SB to RD accounts in DOP Finacle
