Solution for the error while opening RD account -"W023-The sourcing direct selling agent is blacklisted " in DOP Finacle

• Generally we use the menu CRDOAAC for opening of RD account in DOP Finacle.
• Sometimes when we try to open an RD account through an agent we will get the error-"W023-The sourcing direct selling agent is blacklisted "  in DOP Finacle.
• The error screen shot will be as shown in the below figure.

• From the above screen shot it is clear that the system is showing the error while opening the RD account through an agent.

Root Cause of the above Problem :- 

• The above arises due to the reason in HDSAMM the field blacklisted may be marked as "YES" hence the system will show the error as mentioned above when we try to open an RD account using this agent in DOP Finacle.
• The error screen shot will be as shown in the below figure.

Solution for the above Problem  : - 

• In order to solve the above problem we have to modify the field Black Listed as "NO" in the menu HDSAMM then try to open system will not throw any error.Opeating procedure is mentioned in the below steps.
• In counter PA use the menu HDSAMM select modify function and then change the field Black listed as "NO" and then finally submit.
• After modification in the counter PA role verify using the same menu HDSAMM and verify the agent modification.
