Solution for the RD bulk list error - "GL Date is greater than SOL BOD and Data Center Date"


  • Generally in DOP Finacle we will use the menu HAGTXP for posting of bulk lists.
  • But sometimes while posting we will get the error "GL Date is greater than SOL BOD and Data Center Date" in DOP Finacle.
  • The error screen shot will be as shown in the below figure





  • From the above screen shot it is clear that system is showing the above said error while trying to post the RD bulk list in DOP Finacle. We can view the error message in the column Delete/Error Reason column when we try to inquire in HAGTXP menu as shown in the above figure.

Root Cause of the Above Problem :-

  • The main reason for the above said error is due to non closure of Previous day's DC.
  • We can inquire the status of the DC(Data Center ) using the menu EODMON and check for DC status which is available on top right corner of the screen. 
  • The menu EODMON is available for all the users in DOP Finacle.
  • For Example today's BOD date is 13.08.2016 and DC date is 11.08.2016 it means DC not closed for 12.08.2016 which can inquired using EODMON in DOP Finacle.

Solution for the Above Problem :-

  • After DC closure of yesterday's user or counter PA should again modify the same list using the menu HAGTXP and post the transactions.
  • Check the report in HPR after posting in the counter PA system will show the status of the list.
  • In the next step verify the list using the menu HAGTXP in the supervisor login.
