Solution for the RD closure - "E. CMSG000095 - Advance Payments exists for this account " in DOP Finacle

Generally RD accounts maturity period is 5 years however if the customer wishes there is option to extend for another 5 years also in DOP. Extension of RD account in DOP Finacle can be using the menu PRDCM.
The lock up period is 3 years i.e., we can close the RD accounts only after 3 years from date of opening in DOP.
However before 3 years we can close for claim closures and exceptional closure only after approval from sanctioning authority.
In some cases even after completion of 3 years also we can't close the RD account if the account is paid advance months.
For example if account is opened on 20/04/2013 and the same account is paid upto 22/08/2016 which can inquired in DOP Finacle using the menu HPLIST then we can't close the account up to 22/08/2016 even if the customer approaches to close the account before 22/08/2016.
As per POSB rulings premature closure allowed only after 3 years and if the account is not paid in advance period.
When we try to close prematurely the RD account which is paid in advance then the system will throw the error -"E. CMSG000095 - Advance Payments exists for this account " in DOP Finacle.

From the above screen shot it is clear system is showing the above mentioned error when the user attempted trial closure.

Root cause of the above Problem:-

If the RD account is in advance period then the premature closure is not allowed till the completion of advance period.

Account can be closed only after the date till advance payments paid. Till then account cannot be closed.
