Patch has been deployed in production for the issue of SCSS transfer to SPOUSE - Age out of range error.
The above issue was reported in many offices.
HCCA functionality for transferring SCSCM to Spouse aged below 60 is as follows:
- CPA / SU can initiate the change of CIF for the account, using Modify option in HCCA
- Postmaster can verify the change of CIF operation after clicking on 'Accept' option when 'Age out of Range' Exception is displayed.
- For work-classes below Postmaster, 'Age out of Range' will be displayed as Error.
- SCSS accounts at SOs requiring this change has to be transferred to HO for modification and verification in HCCA, as only Postmaster can carry out the verification. Post completion of the CIF change, account can be transferred back to the SOL.
Tickets raised for the above issue may kindly be closed if the issue is resolved.
