- Generally we use the menu HTM to withdraw the interest from TDA acounts (MIS/SCSS/TD) i.e., from sundry accounts in DOP Finacle.
- For transferring the amount from sundry account to respective SB account we have to use the menu HTM and transaction type as "customer Induced".
- Sometimes by erroneously sometimes we will transfer the interest amount from sundry account to same sundry account itself i.e., if we enter both debit and credit accounts as sundry account then this scenario will arise in DOP Finacle.
- The error screen shot will be as shown in the above figure.
- From the above screen shot it is clear that interest credited into same account. A user is wrongly filled the TD account in Cr. side and the result interest amount Rs.1928 is added into principle amount. He closed the amount but still Rs. 1928 is showing in this account
- In order to solve the above problem we have to follow the below mentioned step by step procedure.
Solution for the above Problem :-
- When the above error occurs then immediately intimate to CPC with the following details

3. Office Account (MIS/TD/SCSS) -
4. Date -
- Then CPC will raise the ticket with HD team and the issue will be taken care by DOP IT team i.e, CEPT team they will raise create the Standing Instruction to debit from MIS/TD/SCSS accounts and credit to the respective office account or SB account as per the user request.
Important Point to remember :-
- Always be careful while entering the credit account when you are transferring the amount from Sundry account to SB account.
