Finding the account number using cheque number in Finacle.

HINQACHQ:- Inquire an Account using Cheque

• This is a supervisor menu invoke the same menu HINQACHQ if the sytem throws an error "this menu is invalid or it is not available to user " dont be panic menu option is correct but it should be enabled to that supervisor for this you should contact DOP IT Chennai.
• This is very important when the customer forget to write the account number when it comes for clearing this menu will be very handy.
• Invoke HINQACHQ from the supervisor and give the cheque number and SOLID as follows in the screen shot

Then click on Go then in the next screen it will display the account number ,name,cheque number,SOLID and no of leaves with the customer as follows
