 CIF Id searcher is being disabled temporarily in DOP Finacle

  • When we try to verify the CIF id of the customer if we forget to note down then we have the searcher it will display the list of CIF ids which are not verified as shown

If we click on the searcher now the system will not display the list of unverified CIF ids as it is temporarily disabled by the Infosys help desk for performance improvement.

  • "Hence its requested to make a note of CIF ID for verification"

    You can search Cif Id through command CDEDUP by fill Last name and DOB.
